SPRING SEMESTER
(AFTER-SCHOOL TRAINING)

Our specialized training programs are designed to help athletes sprint faster, jump higher, and build the strength they need to excel in their specific sports.
​​
These semi-private personal training sessions maintain optimal coach:athlete ratios to ensure every athlete gets enough 1-on-1 attention.
​

Classes meet for 17 weeks

Workouts are 40 minutes in duration.

Classes are held at the Ignite Gym in Olathe, KS.
Classes often reach their maximum capacity prior to the start of the semester.

*Gym will be closed for Spring Break (Mar 17-20)
