2025 SUMMER CAMP

OUR PURPOSE

Our Summer Camp is designed to help youth athletes build a solid training foundation that enhances overall athletic performance. Led by experienced (and enthusiastic) coaches, our camp focuses on developing key areas essential for speed & agility, including:

  • Running Technique

  • Lateral Quickness

  • Core Strength

  • Balance & Stability

  • Movement Patterns

Through a blend of dynamic exercises, strength training, technique drills, and film studies, we provide athletes with the tools they need to reach their fullest potential.

CAMP DETAILS

Dates: May 27, 2025 - July 31, 2025
Duration: 10 Weeks

Schedule: M/Tu/W/Th

~40 workouts @ 40 minutes/workout

Session Times:

  • 7:30 - 8:10 am (1st-8th Grade)

  • 8:15 - 8:55 am (5th-7th Grade)

  • 9:00 - 9:40 am (7th-8th Grade)

  • 9:45 - 10:25 am (8th-12th Grade)

Location: Scheel's Overland Park Soccer Complex

ABSENCE POLICY
 

We understand that summer is a busy time, and many athletes may have other commitments such as camps, vacations, tournaments, Vacation Bible School, and various scheduling conflicts.

We encourage athletes to attend as many workouts as possible. Consistent attendance is key to maximizing progress and development. However, we recognize that occasional absences are unavoidable, and we aim to provide the best experience possible when your athlete is able to attend.

 

For reference, most of our participants are absent for 12+ workouts every summer.
